WestchaseDistrict.com pages can contain banner ads which can be GIF's, JPEG's or Flash files.

Ad Sizes and Available Page Locations

This page has Ads in all available locations to more easily demonstrate the options available.With the exception of the Right side Ads only 1 Ad will be displayed in each position. If multiple Ads are designated for a particular page slot 1 will be chosen, at random, from the pool of purchased advertisements at each page load.
Ads in the Header will be displayed to all visitors.

Ad Pricing - Prices are Per Year

Notes:

1. Maximum Ad Size - in pixels. Your ad does not need to be exactly this size but should be close to ensure a high level of quality.
2. Ad Limits - ads are limited to 1 per page per customer.
3. Page Location - The top right of the page header, top of the page body, the right hand side of the page body or the bottom of the page body.
4. Site Home Page - The price per year for ads appearing on the site home page (Community section).
5. Section Home Page - The price per year for ads appearing on the home page (default.asp) of the classified, employment, real estate or vehicle sections.
6. Category Page - The price per year for ads appearing on any category page within community, classified, employment, real estate or vehicle.
7. GIF or JPEG Files - Ads that are GIF or JPEG files must be 35k or smaller file size.
8. Flash Ads - Must fit in the maximum ad size dimensions purchased and must adhere to current standards (i.e. must not cause validation errors).
9. Ad Load Time - An ad of any type must not significantly slow down the loading of a site page - e.g. increase page load time by more than 2 seconds on 56k dialup.
10. Priority & Acceptance - Ads are sold on a 1st come 1st served basis. WestchaseDistrict.com It reserves the right to refuse to sell advertising if ads are deemed unsuitable by Westchasedistrict.com
